A perfect place to enjoy your lazy Sunday brunch We always love to dine out and dig into our favourite dishes. But at times, it comes a bit of a problem for the health-conscious ones as they always look for healthier versions. Recently, THN was invited to visit Tamra, the multi-cuisine restaurant of Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi. The restaurant draws inspiration from the initial years of culinary revolution, the time when copper (tamra) vessels were key components in making a perfect meal while retaining its nutritious values. The rustic and earthy interiors are inspired by the trading markets when Indian spices, jute, copper, silk, leather and other items were appreciated all over the world. Tamra’s open and interactive kitchens are a tribute to the early marketplace, where Chefs showcased their skills and produced culinary delights to sell them to traders and visitors. Tamra offers one of the best and most scrumptious buffets in the city. We bring to you some healthy vegetarian options you can easily gorge on without worrying about the calories. Take your pick from this healthy buffet counter which has roasted and grilled options to offer. This is how my plate looked like.
