Even before entering the restaurant, you are delighted by aqua-coloured Vespa scooter on one side which signifies of a fun ride. On the other side is the life-size wine cellar which boasts of some of the finest wines from across the globe. The interiors are done by Shangri-La’s favourite Dubai-based Stickman Design. Sorrento shares its entrance with Grappa, the newly launched bar. The large mirrors on the wall help make the perspective grand. And on the extreme left is the wall which has all the kitchen tools. Sorrento, named after a beautiful coastal town in the southwest region of Italy, is a brilliant specimen of true Italian culture and Neapolitan cuisine.
